Winner will be chosen by public voting.Applicants must be Sydney, Australia based; the person in the picture must be living in Sydney, Australia and over the age of 18. Promotion starts December 4, 2012 and closes January 31, 2013. Winners will be notified by email and broadcast via the Nad’s blog and Nad’s Facebook page on February 5, 2013. Prize includes 6 months of free laser hair removal treatments. Winner will be photographed, videotaped and interviewed during their treatment period.
